Recreational and Competitive Programs

We are very pleased to bring you details of the Camrose Spirals 2009/2010 jump rope programs!

Our recreational classes have expanded to 12 weeks!  Classes are available two evenings, Monday or Thursday (6:00 – 7:00 pm) beginning in September.  As always, we strive to offer a low ratio of students to instructors and we will cover many styles and varieties of skipping. 

Our competitive team continues to grow, to travel, to demonstrate – across the province and beyond.  You choose the level of competition best for your child and in addition, this year we will be adding a “show” portion to the class where we will train to entertain.

Note: Fundraising helps keep the costs of our program low and subsidizes travel to and from competitions. All parents with children in the competitive program will be required to perioidically volunteer.
