Camrose Spirals
Skipping Team
Rope Skipping - You have to see it to believe it!
The Camrose Spirals are an amazingly successful jump rope club, practicing at Sifton School. We compete provincially, nationally and internationally with success and are an amazing demonstrative group. We have a large number of very talented well trained instructors, offering a excellent small group and individual training. Our program is coordinated and overseen by a staff of 3 experienced coaches.
The Camrose Spirals Rope Skipping Club
offers three programs:
- 12 week recreational (Mondays or Thursdays) starting mid September 2008
- Provincial level competition stream (September 2008 to March 2009)
- National level competition stream (September 2008 to May 2009)
Special “show” training will be part of all programs.
