	About Us Mandates of the Camrose Spirals: * To offer quality athletic programming to the Camrose community. * To bring the sport of rope jumping to groups and communities in the form of demonstrations and workshops. * To mentor emerging rope jumping teams. * To teach leadership, dedication and fitness to young athletes through the sport of rope skipping. The Camrose Spirals has been part of the provincial sport community for about 15 years, established and coached by Gerald Prediger. Currently the team is overseen by two head coaches, Vienna Huber and Janine Carroll and is amazingly successful due to the involvement of its' junior coaches. Part of the philosophy of the club is to nurture and develop its' own athletes into amazing instructors, giving them access to NCCP courses, first aid and CPR and allowing each to contribute to program planning. Members of the Spirals compete provincially, nationally and internationally with success. They are an amazing demonstrative group who have brought their show stopping performances to audiences large and small. They have entertained thousands skipping live to the music of Randy Bachman and had a long fruitful relationship with the Heart & Stoke Foundation of Alberta visiting many schools each year to bring the message of exercise and good health. Their unique, fast paced, high energy performance are guaranteed to captivate and inspire. The Spirals have toured Alberta and beyond, bringing their expertise and motivation to small clubs and to schools in hopes of inspiring new recreational and competitive teams.
