Rope Skipping - You have to see it to believe it!
The Camrose Spirals are a successful jump rope club, practicing at Sifton School. We compete provincially, nationally and internationally and are an amazing demonstrative group. We have a large number of very talented well trained instructors, offering excellent small group and individual training. Our program is coordinated and overseen by a staff of 3 experienced coaches.
The Camrose Spirals Rope Skipping Club
offers three programs:
- 12 week recreational (Mondays or Thursdays) starting mid September 2008
- Provincial level competition stream (September 2008 to March 2009)
- National level competition stream (September 2008 to May 2009)
Special “show” training will be part of all programs.
